Serenità Luxury Suites

We absolutely loved our stay at Serenità Luxury Suites! The complex is beautiful and, although it’s a bit off the beaten path, the breathtaking views more than make up for it. The cleanliness was flawless, and the facilities were simply amazing – truly five-star quality in every detail! .

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel’s atmosphere exudes elegance and charm, and every detail is designed with comfort in mind. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and offer stunning views, creating a serene retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to offer helpful recommendations on nearby attractions and dining spots. The amenities were also top-notch, from the luxurious spa to the exquisite dining options. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast every morning, with a diverse selection of high-quality and delicious options. The location couldn’t be better—close enough to the city’s main attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful area that provided a quiet escape. It is a lovely place with beautiful view / clean excellent condition room / very friendly- professional staff - all the cleaners and the receptionists / Mu and Fei were exceptionally professional and helpful - you couldn’t ask anything that they wouldn’t do for you immediately- very caring , kind people ! The breakfast was amazing - very wide choices - for very cheap price for its value - was wonderful

Fabulous place to stay, room was immaculate and the staff were amazing. The food and drinks were perfect, more so in my hot tub watching the sunset from my balcony. Couples will love this place. Thank you so much for the hospitality and making me feel like a vip, hope to be back someday. Wish I’d have rented a quad much sooner though already booked several excursions through Viator app which were incredible too.
